From mountains to beaches, Colombian flowers to glaciers, rolling hills, waterfalls, colonial architecture, churches, people, dancing, food and much more, this is the perfect place to show off some of those photographs that have been piling up for years literally. The light during the evening takes on a particularly vibrant quality due to the intensity of the light because of the high altitude of the city. I thought the old couple looked particularly caring and decided to snap a picture of them. 
Here from the Zona Cafetera (Coffee district) as evening falls and the temperature begins to drop in a typical town square. 
Below is a shot from an old coffee hacienda just outside Pereira, also in the coffee district. Centuries old with beautiful woodwork and lots of history, this is know the hotel Hacienda San Jose. The light is beaming through windows from behind where I took the image as this is fairly late in the evening.
