Buying tickets from Bogota to Medellin
I recommend buying your ticket from Bogota to Medellin in Bogota because it is cheaper than purchasing the tickets oversees.Avianca and Aerorepublica are the two major competitors and are equal in price but may vary depending on seat availability. Special note: Please avoid arriving late in Bogota as you may miss your connecting flight and have to deal with the hassle of finding a hotel for the night. I strongly recommend arriving in Medellin early in the day – it´s simply more comfortable.
