Central America & the Caribbean In Central America & the Caribbean, destinations include: Panama, San Jose, Curacao, Santo Domingo & Aruba Domestic FlightsAdditionally, Avianca has a coherent network of flights in Colombia including the following destinations:Bogota, Medellin, Cali, Cartagena, Armenia, Barranquilla, Bucaramanga, Cucuta, Santa Marta, Manizales, Pereira, Popayan, San Andres & Providencia Flying domestically is unfortunately not that cheap.
